Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your account and the personal data linked to it in games published by Grace Studio, including Floral Factory: Flower Match and Perfect Yard. You do not need to sign in to anything: your game account is created automatically on your device.
1. Delete in the game (Floral Factory: Flower Match — immediate)
Open the game and go to Settings › Delete Account, then confirm. An internet connection is needed.
Your account is deleted on our servers right away, and the game starts over on your device as a new player.
2. By email (any of our games, or if the game is no longer installed)
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", the name of the game, and if you can, your player name (shown in the game as Guest_xxxxxx) or the email address of the store account you used for purchases.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
– your player profile: device identifier, player name, avatar, IP address, and links to any sign-in account;
– advertising and attribution identifiers stored with your account (advertising ID, IDFA / IDFV, attribution ID);
– your push notification token;
– your game progress, coins, boosters and other in-game items.
What is kept
– anonymous gameplay statistics (for example how many times a level was played) that can no longer be linked to you;
– records of purchases, without your device or advertising identifiers, for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 10 years).
Purchases such as Remove Ads belong to your App Store or Google Play account: after deleting, you can get them back with Restore Purchase in the game's settings.
